Keeping yourself and your staff up to date with the issues that affect you, is essential for getting the most from your equipment and software. We can supply training in all areas of networking, and beyond. All courses can be carried out on your premises, or alternatively in purpose built training premises.

Key Benefits

  • Using your resources effectively
  • Understand your network better
  • Save money on having to bring in outside expertise

Capabilities

We are able to offer training in the operation of all equipment and software supplied by us, in some cases to a certifiable level. On top of this, we can also offer training in the following areas:

LAN Essentials & TCP/IP

These courses form the foundation for effective Network Management
  • LAN Essentials

  • Converts "pockets of experience" into a cohesive view of the opportunities and restrictions presented by the technologies used in a Local Area Network. While covering a broad range of technologies including switching, routing and cabling, the course also considers the business issues of matching the network to the growth and change in activity within financial limits
  • TCP/IP and Related Protocols

  • Shows how a secure and robust network is created from a few servers and a collection of acronyms including dns, dhcp, tcp, udp, ppp, rip, ospf, nat & dmz. Particular attention is given to IP address schemes which use simple routing tables while providing sufficient addresses. The Domain Naming System is shown as both a technical and corporate image function

Desktop Applications & Operating Systems

Training is available for most popular desktop applications as well as all Microsoft operating systems. From initial PC awareness, to MCSE/MCSA accreditation, we can help and guide you all the way

Technical Training

Need training in more technical issues? No problem, we can provide training to certification level in the following areas; Network+, Lotus, Novell, Cisco, Citrix, Unix, Various Programming Languages, and many more

Security

This is an area where a little knowledge can be a very dangerous thing indeed. Without a comprehensive knowledge of all the issues, it is very easy to unknowingly put your entire network at risk
